By accessing or using FeedbackFountain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FeedbackFountain is a review monitoring platform that aggregates customer reviews from third-party platforms (including Google Maps, Yelp, DoorDash, and Uber Eats) and provides analytics, AI-powered insights, and response suggestions for restaurant operators.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are as listed on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or regulation; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Service's underlying infrastructure; (c) share your API keys with unauthorized third parties; (d) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Review data aggregated by the Service comes from publicly available sources. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as brand voice settings and team configurations).
The Service provides AI-generated response suggestions, insights, and summaries. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it on third-party platforms. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The Service aggregates data from third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Yelp, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any other platform. Access to third-party data may be subject to changes in those platforms' terms or technical availability.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
