How it started

A friend of ours runs a fast-growing bagel chain. Every time he opened a new location, his review monitoring bill went up — not because he needed more features, but because every tool in the market charges per location. His 33rd shop cost the same to monitor as his first, but his bill was 33x higher.

Over dinner one night, he asked a simple question: "Can you build something that just does what I need, without charging me more every time I succeed?"

We said yes. And here we are.

What we believe

Your success shouldn't cost more. If you're a restaurant operator who's expanding, you shouldn't dread opening a new location because it'll spike your software bill. Flat-tier pricing exists because it's the right thing to do when your costs don't actually scale linearly with your customer's growth.

Every feature for every customer. We don't gate API access behind an enterprise tier. We don't hold back AI features for premium plans. If we build it, you get it. The only difference between our plans is how many locations you can monitor.

We'd rather be useful than impressive. We're not trying to be a platform that does everything for everyone. We monitor reviews across Google, Yelp, DoorDash, and Uber Eats. We surface what matters. We suggest responses. We send you a briefing on Monday morning. That's it — and we do it well.

Who we are

We're a small, focused team with deep experience in data infrastructure, web scraping, and building tools that restaurant operators actually use. We're not a VC-backed startup chasing growth metrics. We're engineers who think restaurant owners deserve better tools at fair prices.

We're based in the US. We answer our own support emails. And we eat a lot of bagels.
